Duties:
•Prepare the business plans, perform research and analysis of industry data and collaborate with the management team to perfect the client’s business models/plans
•Analyze and provide advice on the managerial methods and organization
•Conduct research to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs as well as the business models identified for the clients
•Conduct assessments and propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures in
areas such as supply chain, document assessment, operations, human resources, records management, and communications
•Conduct quality audits and develop quality management and quality assurance standards for ISO (International Organization for Standardization) registration for our clients and internally
•Provide guidance and support to businesses on regulatory policies and procedures such as FINTRAC, Customs, and other regulatory organizations
•Ensure internal compliance with regulatory requirements; and prepare submissions and filings with regulatory bodies if needed such as the municipalities, provincial and federal government
•Plan the reorganization of the operations of an establishment as well as our clients’ business establishments
•May supervise office and clerical staff
•Additional duties may be assigned by the management.
Qualifications:
•Having a bachelor’s degree in business analytics, business administration, finance, or related business degrees

•Assisting clients with documents collection, application reviews & finalization
•Completing documentation such as application forms, updating client case files, acquiring all permits
•Submitting requisite data and paperwork on behalf of clients, and following up with clients’ application status to facilitate their smooth transition to Canada
•Directing and advising Case Officers on preparing application packages
•Tracking and updating applications
•Ensuring deadlines are met • Performing other related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
•Valid Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant License
•Fully compliant with Immigration Acts, Rules, and Regulations
•Requires assisting clients with required consultation and guidance
•Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
